To the
Editors,
In regards to the sickening senior “prank,”
(if such a word is applicable), we feel that the degree of punishment for the students involved has been atrociously ill-fitting.
These crimes were nothing short of heinous in nature and malicious in intent, and to say that these students need to be punished
to the full extent of the law is a gross understatement. While the merits of capital punishment have been
debated, it certainly begs consideration in the case of these hellhounds. Should these dangerous hooligans be allowed to run
free in the sterling streets of Fayetteville-Manlius? I think we can all agree
that these students are “rotten eggs” that should have been disposed of with the rest of F-M's trash years ago
like so many Styrofoam lunch trays. Ten years ago a good tar and feathering would have ensured the service
of justice, but these devil children have cleverly avoided the swift iron fist of justice for too long. These students took
advantage of our pristine school, waiting until she was dormant and vulnerable when, at the opportune moment, they slipped
in the back door and brutally ravaged her insides. These students are poisonous byproducts of the silver-spoon,
platinum-collar, money-drenched oligarchy that whispers serpentine words into the ear of F-M's school board. THEY
MUST SEE JUSTICE. If these goblins aren't sitting in “Ol' Sparky's”
lap in short order, then the trumpets of Armageddon will have sounded on American democracy.
Sincerely,
