Born in a fiery wasteland in the year 2125, Joe's most notable achievement has been travelling
back in time in order to steal the almanac of sports scores from Biff Tannen and alter the course of history. Until he gets
around to doing that, Joe has generously lent his time and talent to manualbuzzer.com, having done extensive trailblazing
with his own site,
Dubroff's War.
A talented handball and basketball player, Joe also takes time out to help kids at the
Boys and Girls Clubs of America plant trees and hit the cutoff man (Joe was played, rather unjustly, by Jay Feeley and Kevin
Millar in a memorable series of TV commercials.) While the time he hit a 3 over former Syracuse University walk-on Ronneil
Herron remains his claim to fame, it could easily be surpassed by his work on manualbuzzer.com. The site's resident Dimes
advisor, Joe has spent more perfectly good hours finding ridiculous videos on YouTube that could have been spent
watching pornography than any man in recorded history. The world is a better place for his efforts.
Dubroff is also a well-known architect. You can see his buckets at IC Outdoor, Wellwood
Outdoor, the Y, and the JCC. They are unique for their use of "steel and brawn."
